7 step skin care routine

Step 1: Oil Cleanse

For most of us, oil is the devil although it is essential for our skin. It is one of those things that helps blend our makeup and give the perfect glow. Oil cleansing allows your skin to relax, giving it a gentle moisturizing feel.

Step 2: Foam Cleanse

The theory of how oil and water don’t mix makes this step important. This step allows perfect cleansing leaving behind no oil or residue.

Step 3: Tone

The purpose of toning is usually to get rid of any left over cleanser, Moreover, it also helps restore the PH balance and reduce the size of the pores.

Step 4: Essence

Although it sounds similar to toning, this step allows your skin to get back the moisture and is included with highly concentrated active ingredients.

Step 5: Serum

This could include working on factors like pigmentation, aging or blemishes. Serums absorb into the skin quickly and easily. Serums with vitamin C, are helpful in reducing the visibility of pores leaving your skin bright and glowing.

Step 6: Moisturize

I’m sure all of us love moisturizing our skin. A lot of people with oily skin try to skip this step, however it is as important as the others. Using skin specific products can always help cater to your needs. No matter how tired you are, DON’T skip moisturizing!!!

Step 7: Face oil

After you finish moisturizing, dabbing a small amount of oil eg: Moroccan rose oil  helps nourish and lock the moisture.

These are few steps you could use on a daily basis. Another tip for the day is don’t skip the SPF. A sunscreen is as essential as any other skin care product.
