WOMEN@DIOR & UNESCO
MENTEE 2024-2025
What is Women@Dior ?
The UNESCO and Women@Dior program is a year-long mentorship by a promising DiorTalent, as well as a sorority-based community connected through local events and online groups. Mentees gain access to a state-of-the-art online education platform featuring exclusive courses led by renowned professors and inspiring guests. After completing the courses, Mentees embark on the Dream For Change project, a unique initiative in support of the empowerment of younger girls. The journey culminates at the UNESCO & Women@Dior Global Conference to spread the power of sisterhood around the world.
Dream For Change Project
Along with my team mates, we created SheStrength, an NGO, to empower women through strength, self-defense, and mentorship.
I had the opportunity to participate in the EDHEC Business School Sustainable Campus Challenge. The EDHEC Sustainable Campus Challenge powered by Capgemini Invent was taken up by more than 700 MSc students.
The innovative ideas focused on three domains of sustainable actions on campus:
🚀 Sustainable campus – How to reduce the carbon footprint of our campus?
🚀 Well-being & Inclusion – How to better live together on campus?
🚀 Sustainable curriculum – How to teach sustainability at EDHEC?
My team and I worked on the sustainable campus domain. It was a very interesting challenge as we got the opportunity to work on a real-life challenge and suggest innovative e and scalable solutions.
🏆 My team won this challenge and we will have the privilege to plant a tree on our campus.
I can proudly say that I have a little part of me that I will leave behind on campus when I graduate from EDHEC next year.

OPEN INNOVATION CHALLENGE
AUCHAN RETAIL
AuChange
Each student had to choose a company. I chose Auchan Retail France. We had to make groups of 5 within this company. A challenge statement was given to us. For Auchan Retail it was, “Design how to leverage from omni-channel to brand loyalty”. During the weeks we had to come up with innovative solutions to solve this business challenge. We had to conduct primary and secondary research by interviewing Auchan customers and understand their views on why they currently used only 1-2 channels of Auchan. Then, we used the ‘Design Thinking’ process to come up with viable solutions to motivate and incentivize customers to shop at the various channels offered by Auchan Retail and integrate the experience across channels for them thus adopting an omni-channel approach. We created an MVP, took into consideration feedback, and incorporated these tips into our idea to make it better and more feasible.

SANS FRONTIÉRES - MAGAZINE
I created, designed, curated articles and published the magazine, 'Sans Frontières'.
I was the Editorials Head of Department for the in Umang in 2018. I was part of the core committee for the festival and managed a team of 4 students ensuring all the editorial activities were completed successfully.
I created Sans Frontières, which literally translates to "Without any boundaries/limits", with the intention of broadening the mental horizons of readers and leaving an imprint.
It was a magazine by the students, for the students and of the students. Being a youth-centric publication, Sans Frontières contains interesting celebrity bytes, interactive quizzes and an array of thought-provoking topics for the avid readers.
